COVID-19 Status Update

We want to keep you informed of our business operations as efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19 continue.

As efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 continue, certain regulations and guidelines have unquestionably affected our business operations, particularly where pool construction is concerned.

Because everyone involved in the process of building a pool (equipment manufacturers, distributors, surveyors, inspectors, permitting officials, concrete and steel subcontractors, excavators, landscapers, etc.) has been affected by shut-downs, backups, and the desire to practice social distancing, the process of building a pool is slower than it used to be. As a result, we are experiencing longer-than-normal gaps between various stages of the construction process. We are also seeing unprecedented interest in pool construction across the industry, so, while we continue to work daily to minimize interruptions in the process, unavoidable delays should be expected. Customers who are just beginning the process of searching for a pool company could discover that the delays are too great to expect to swim in their own pool next summer.

Regarding service and repair, we remain dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and to keeping our communities as safe as possible during this unprecedented era of history. Our service technicians have at least 20 years of experience working on pool equipment, so there is not much they have not seen. If you are having issues with your pool equipment and need a diagnosis or repair, our technical team can provide those services without the need for in-person interaction. If you desire personal contact while we are on your property, please maintain the 6-foot social distance recommendation or wear a mask.

Thank you for your continued interest in Clark’s Pools. We sincerely appreciate your patience!
