For Steel Wall/Vinyl Liner, the average time is 2-3 days. For Concrete, the average time is 6-8 weeks. For Fiberglass, the average time is 3-4 weeks.

2. How long does it take to replace an in-ground vinyl liner?

Once we receive your custom made liner for Merlin Industries, depending on the type/condition of the pool bottom, and how much debris removal is involved, the average replacement time is 5-8 hours. Merlin normally takes around 3 weeks to make your custom liner.

3. What kind of warranties do you carry on your products?

Our vinyl Merlin Industries liners carry a 20 year warranty on the heat welded seams. Our Merlin Industries safety covers carry warranties ranging from 10 years — 20 years, depending on which type of material you choose. All Pentair equipment carries a one year warranty.
