Closings are scheduled on a first come, first served basis
PARTIAL CLOSING
- Blow out & plug plumbing lines
- Winterize 1 filter, 1 pump, 1 chemical feeder housing, 1 heater, and 1 cleaner booster pump.
- Winter Algaecide, De-Iron, Winter Shock, Phosphree
- Backwash DE filter and roll up backwash hose
- Take out removable handrails and ladders
- Remove automatic cleaner
Pool only: $235 Pool with attached spa: $260
FULL CLOSING
Includes 'partial closing services' plus installation of one winter cover- pricing based on the type of cover:

Prepayment charge (via credit card or check) will be processed at the time you are added to our schedule. A postcard or email will be sent to you providing you with your confirmed closing date. If you would like to be notified by email, please include your email address on your return form.
IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
All of the following items must be completed prior to our arrival:
- Gate is unlocked
- Any pets are secured in the house or backyard
- Electricity to the pool pump is turned on.
- Water level is adjusted to the proper level
- Vinyl Pools at normal operating level, Concrete Pools 4" below tile line
- All winterizing plugs and accessories are left next to the pool on the concrete deck
- Pool water chemistry is balanced (Chlorine, pH, Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness)
- Chlorinator should be free of any remaining tabs, as deterioration over the Winter could occur
If you have selected a full closing, in addition to the above, please have the pool cover on the deck (within 5 feet of the edge of the pool).
WE DO NOT VACUUM POOLS.
IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE NOT COMPLETED AND RESULT IN A RETURN VISIT
TO FINISH THE CLOSING, A $45 RETURN VISIT FEE WILL BE CHARGED
IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THE CLOSING.
We are unable to provide you with the time of day that we will close your pool. We will arrive for the closing between 7am and dusk. |
